Working aerobically on your abdominal muscles for over 7 minutes stimulates the capillaries in this area. These in turn increase the blood flow. A greater blood flow means a greater flow of oxygen – and fat only burns in the presence of oxygen. Toned muscles need more calories (kcal) to stay active. Our organism tends to release these calories from the area nearest the muscle, in this case the waist area.

There is no such thing as “6-pack abs fast”. You cant buy 6-pack abs from an infomercial or get them from a bottle. Getting 6-pack abs is simple but takes alot of work – eat less and exercise more. This video shows you how to do both.
Anyone can be healthier, have more energy, sleep better, and feel better about themselves through bodybuilding. Bodybuilding doesn’t have to be expensive or take a lot of time, gyms are great but home workouts can save you time and money. Here is Day 1 which works your legs, chest, biceps and abs. Day 2 will be up soon. I followed a 2-day split and did each exercise 15-20 reps, 3 sets. To warm up, I would run to the gym most days which was about 15 minutes or 1.6 miles. I would also do Yoga 1-2 times a week. 3 days a week of cardio (40-50 minutes running, intervals). I did strength training 2-4 days a week.
