    There’s is no such thing as becoming ripped and not being strong unless ur on drugs. Ur right ur muscles have memory. Everybody’s muscle have the same memory. if an average joe followed a schedule then their body would also “remember”. also what do you think those people were b4 they were cops or military… AVERAGE JOES. so the only different btween them and another person is …. working out. which is what the average joe would be doing when theu get the dvd.     Cons of Going to the gym: Gas, gym fees, confidence, and germs. Some people dont feel comfortable working out in front of other people. Some1 could really harm themselves taking your advice. You cant just go lift heavy weights. 5 years after that you’ll be on so many meds bcuz you ruined your joints and cartlidge. 10 years after that You’ll have a hump on your back and will probably need spinal surgery. Please go get some education on fitness b4 displaying bad advice to the world.

    SO I would like to put in that those who have no experience fitness should not comment. you can give person opinion but it’s no right to give false information. The P90X come with nutritional help and access to mulitvitamins and healthy recipe’s with all that an average joe will become strong, ripped & healthy. It’s dumb to say you can be ripped and not be strong. using equiptment doesnt get u as strong as using natural weight but you still gain strength.

    @heavykevy613 I disagree. I’m on my on wk 4 and I am definitely stronger and I proved myself on this. I have muscles now which I never had before. 5′7″ 180lbs now. I haven’t lost any weith but I’ve drop some inches in pant size. So don’t hate. Support it.

    @o00ojesscao00o You can substitute the pull up bar for resistant bands. The video shows you how. Try looking at Target or Walmart for a pull up bar. I got mine on sale for $20. Well worth it..
