How to get a tonned fit body for a 15 year old?
By summer I really want to have a tonned body.
I don’t have a gym membership..should i get one?
what is a healthy diet
any ideas are open
I am 15 too! and I recently wanted to get toned for the summer too! I recommend running once a day at least 1 mile and if your not a runner you could always build your self up run like 1/2 a mile the first time then keep building up! also try doing push ups crunches and if you really dedicated then get a gym membership and workout on various machines!

Your 15, so don’t go too extreme. Buy the Jillian Micheals DVD. That kicked my butt!! And you really do get results.

Buy an ab-wheel (and use it), it cost about $10-15bucks, it’ll give you a nice tight, tone look and you can find them at wal-mart. Google "ab wheel"
Review:
Simple, practical and it works like magic. After my sister gave birth to her youngest child a year ago, she purchased this Ab Wheel (which is like a tire but with handles on it). It worked wonders on her abs, and after using it for about six weeks, those 6 packs started showing on her abs. I teased her about looking like a man, but was I jealous. I had tried it before and after doing 2 reps on my knees, I was so tired. The following morning, my whole body felt like goo. It was as though I went to the gym and had total body workout. I never used it after that, and somehow got lost in their house. About a month ago though, it was back inside her gym and I used it again. I can’t say that I have abs of steel now, but my belly is starting to form those nice 6 packs. It’s really hard to use at first. The trick is to go slowly and on your knees. I have tried doing reps on my toes, but I couldn’t handle doing it consistently. Did I mention that it’s cheap? The engineering is so simple and it works. I just have to say that everyone should try using this. It’s not only for the abs, by the way, after using it, you’ll really feel your whole body working out.

Why dont you just like buy a workout video and do it twice a day and eat very little.
