how to get a fit muscular body within 5 months?


Hate to break it to you,but it won’t happen,not even with steroids.The best you can do is join your local gym and start a good weight lifting program.The thing most people forget is that the way you eat is just as important as your lifting program.Last but not least when you start lifting you need to hang in there,remember Rome wasn’t built in a day.Good luck.

    your best bet would be joining a gym and getting a personal trainer or one or the other, they can write you up a programme to tailor your needs, if that’s not your thing you can try rowing or swimming.
