what is the best way to get pre-prepared to do the Navy SEAL fitness workout?

not the military one the at home type of one

i dont have a swimming pool around so i cant do the swimming is there any alternatives and what other object can i use for the pull ups
and what should i eat so its not a wasted workout

it would help if you gave me the types of food that i should eat also, Thanks a lot

There are a million workout plans, but but a good place to start is the Navy SEAL official training guideline.

It’s probably pretty brutal, but if you’re really interested in making it I would do some extra workout on top of it. Try to jump higher over the bar, make yourself better than the rest.

    lots of protein like chicken and lean meats and have protein shakes they make such a difference trust me and for pullups its hard i think youll have to go out and buy a pullup bar
