    I enjoy sipping …
    I enjoy sipping warmed chicken broth or celestial seasonings *sleepy time, sleepy time vanilla and sugar cookie tea* with sun crystals stevia in it. I drink these when I feel ravenous and want to shove a lot of food in quick and some how it makes me slow down then I can enjoy my dinner. Or 1 packet of Cup o soup *50* calorie does the trick too!
