has anyone tried any fitness workouts that works amazingly good?

also if you have like something you do daily to stay in shape please let me know , i really need to lose about 50 pounds by the summer or at least fall

Any real martial arts will do you better that any other workout. Try Krav Maga. Karate, the way it is taught in US, is no good.

Swimming laps every single day is a great way to get in shape and helps you lose weight. Also go to the gym and get a personal trainer that can help you lay out a plan to reach your goals. Good Luck!

I hate to break it to you, but the only way you are really going to be able to lose weight and keep it off is through hard work. People will tell you that you can take this pill or that pill, and it will clean you out, but all of(if any) of that weight will not stay off, and it won’t be the fat that you want to get rid of. A very good workout routine is P90X, it is really intense but I have seen it transform people. If you don’t want that, then you just need to commit your self to running everyday, and going to the gym as well. Start slow, there is not point in killing yourself the first day, and then being so sore you can’t do anything for 5 days. As far as the gym goes, get a friend to go with you who may know their way around the gym and has the same general goals as you. Nutrition is also important. You don’t need to count every single gram of fiber, or weigh your food out into precise portions. What you need is to simply make smart choices. Pack a lunch with a healthy turkey sandwich on wheat bread with no mayo instead of heading for a restaurant or fast food. It is better for you and much cheaper.

Most people say it takes about 30 days to develop something into a routine or habit, so once you make it that far, you just need to keep going. The first 30 days will be hard, and you may not see results right away, but after a few weeks you will start losing a healthy 3 or 4 pounds per week that will STAY off.

So yeah, you can go for a fad diet or get some expensive pill that will help you lost 10 or 12 pounds in month, and then just put that weight right back on, or you can do the smart thing and change your lifestyle for the better. If you are not serious about it, you won’t be able to do it, so just commit yourself and get a buddy.

I’ve found that if you walk 3 miles(1hour) a day and rest your body for 2 days is a great workout. I know it sounds a lot , but it really does work.
Actually, just pace yourself otherwise you will get tired and lose motivation. Start off with 20 mins whenever you have time, then slowly build up your walking by 10 mins. Eventually , you will end up wanting to walk everywhere. I walk everyday , well sometimes i’m just keeping it real and lifting weights 2-3 times a week. Muscle burns fat all day, then if you do cardio 20-60 5 days a week you’ll lose weight at healthy rate….just do it little things everyday ! take the stairs instead of an elevator , even cleaning the house burns calories . Experiment with any physical activity , you’ll be suprised that adding extra movement will help you lose those unwanted lbs.
    Good luck
