I run 4-9 miles …
I run 4-9 miles daily, so I have very thin, muscular legs. My bf kept telling me to start lifting and stuff, which I absolutely dreaded attempting. So, I got out my body ball about a month ago. I work with it every other day, and since then my upper body has become very strong and muscular:D
