What would be a great health and fitness gift for a diabetic that exercises regularly-cost not a major factor?

The person receiving the gift is female. She is a youthful 50 years of age.

Speaking as the husband of a woman matching that description I would say a day at a spa. She already has to focus on a chronic illness a gift would be something that takes away the stress. if money isn’t the object give her the spa day in Palm springs or if you got bank round trip and hotel St. Kitts. Now that’s a spa day!
