Do plenty of walking , build up your legs and some stretching exercises to elongate or limber the golf muscles. Then carry your bag or resort to a trolley when you get to the course.

Rib cage tuck – you lay down on one side put the opposite arm under your rib cage and then turn behind you (increases flexibility)

Another exercise is where you get down on one knee and put a golf club on your hip and then hold another golf club above your head, then turn your shoulders without letting the golf club slide

If you have an exercise ball get a bungee cord and attach it to the door then sit on the exercise ball with the feet together and pull on the bungee cord.

Finally sit on your back with just your shoulders and feet touching the ground and hold it for 20 seconds.
