If you have seen the informercial of it...then good..

Don&#039;t buy it though...just make ur own moves..That&#039;s what I did and lost 60 pounds in 2 months...from size 34 to size 30..from xxl shirt to small...isnt that great...

Do it twice a day 50 minutes each or trice a day 30 minutes each..

		<description>Focus more on your diet, eating healthy, more fruits and vegetables.  After you get that under control and in order, hit the weights.  Do not really worry about doing a lot of cardio because it will burn fat and calories and you will lose more weight. 

Hit the gym for at least an hour a day of weight lifting.  For toning do more reps and less weight.  If you are wanting to get stronger, do more weight and less reps.
