I do have 5lbs weights but that&#039;s it .. are there exercises I can do to get this fit or do I need gym equipment?</description>

That was the whole point of doing this video :)  There is one woman who is a stick that goes to Revolution Fitness and she is sooo strong.  She lifts like everyday.  Just focus on 15-20 reps and use a weight that may be easy for 10 reps but barely can lift for the 20th.  Women can&#039;t get like that unless they take steroids or have a genetic issue.  It&#039;s the No. 1 fitness misconception.</description>
