    Stair climber and running. I suggest a combo of 40 minutes on each per day. They are different exercises that will maximize your cardo/fat burning workout.

    Mixing up your workouts is best! Dont stick to one thing such as running on a treadmill or cycling…. Alternate!!! For example:
    Sunday- 20 minute Ab workout
    Monday- Treadmill for 45 mins. and 30 mins weight training
    Tuesday- 20 mins Ab workout and 45 mins kickboxing
    Wednesday- Cycling for 1 hour and 30 min weight training
    Thursday- 20 min Ab workout and 45 min on the Elliptical
    Friday and/or Saturday- go out dancing!!!!!!

    Combine weights with cardio to lose the most weight and gain lean healthy sexy muscles! : )

    Find a support buddy online and one to workout with to keep you going!!! Best of Luck!

    jumping rope—1000 cals per hour. no frigin’ joke. also, lifting weights. i can’t believe the amount of people that refuse to believe this belief, but the more muscle you have, the higher your resting heart rate. this means that if you lift weights intensely for 20 mins. every other day, for a month, and gain ten pounds of beautiful, carved muscle, you automatically, without working out during the day, burn 800 calories more than you would without those ten pounds. in other words, which sounds more attractive: skipping over a blasted string for an hour a day, or having more muscle mass? they both do the same thing.

    also, stair climbers do nothing for you but add pain and misery to your life. YOU DO NOT NEED AEROBIC EXERCISE!
