what is a good way to exercise and lose weight?

I’m twelve years old and i am trying to eat healthier and exercise more because i weigh close to 300 pounds! and i was just wondering, what are some good ways to exercise that will help me lose weight faster?

Sit Ups
Bicycling
Swimming
Walking

eat 6 small meals a day (every 2 – 3 hours)
eat less foods that contain high fat and sugar (but treat yourself once a week)

eat more food like chicken, Porridge oats, bran flakes, Egg whites, turkey, brown bread, Tuna, wholewheat pasta, salmon, brown rice, Dried fruit, Walnuts tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, beetroot, Baked potatoes, low fat cheese, peas, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, All white fish,
Oily fish (such as herring, mackerel, sardines, kippers), pilchards, or salmon , apples, bananas, oranges, peaches, pears, strawberry’s, carrot sticks, celery sticks, yogurts ect…

Drink: water, tea & coffee (with skimmed milk)

    DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF, YOU WILL GAIN MORE WEIGHT. Cut down a little bit on eating. eat 3-4 small meals a day. Drink a lot water. Eat fruit and vegetables. Try yogurt and stuff. Jog, and just exercise normally, but don’t push yourself.

    Ouch!

    Please go read some articles here http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/bbinfo.htm. Please. You will find some ways to build your own routine, which should involve both weight lifting and some cardio. Take it easy in the beginning as you don’t want to injure yourself.

    Also, you need to understand that your diet HAS to change. This is not optional. You will also find meal plans and such at that site. This sounds like work, but trust me, it is not overly difficult at all and you will be glad that you took the time to read through some of the articles.

    At 12, your hormone is pretty imbalanced and dats what causes quick weight loss/gain. Dis was wat I did wen I was your age:
    1) Think positive (I can!)
    2) Only do activities that u enjoy and at the same time makes you sweat. (Example, I totally love dancing and I dance around 30 minutes and I sweat like hell). It’s a high intensity workout if you do it right.
    2) Research your eating habits. My sister is about your age and what I noticed is that she tend to binge on every food that catches her sight. Therefore, ask your parents to clear all the junk food and replace it with fresh fruits, salads and yogurt. My sister lose around 1-2 kg per week just by doing dis (witout exercise).
    3) Don’t stress yourself over weight loss. I assure you that if u eat moderately and exercise evryday, you will lose weight in no time. Therefore, don’t stress and punish yourslf if you do not lose weight in the first 2 weeks. Your body responses more if you are not stressed.
    4) Enjoy sweet food in small portion. (Learn how to share foods with your friend and family!)

    Its sound great.
    You are 12 and having interest to reduce your weight by doing exercise.
    I would suggest Swimming. Swimming is the great way to reduce your weight.
    You have to reduce your half of the total weight.
    The weight between 150 and 170 pounds would be the finest weight in 12 years old.
    Try to do yoga, it will help you more

    Consider the source. I’m going to make a gross generalization here, but… why would I trust an overweight doctor or nutritionist to give me proper advice on weight loss? “Do as I say and not as I do” is not a maxim I’m willing to accept from anybody who would be qualified to tell me how to do something. Talk to people who are doing it, or who have done it and been successful. You don’t have to mirror their regimen, but at least you’re getting help from someone who’s really been there. Or, as they said in the Christmas episode of “Two and a Half Men,” people who live in fat asses shouldn’t throw waffles.
