How many days do you have to exercise to lose weight?
How many days per week should I exercise to lose weight? Also how many minutes per day?
30 minutes of running 3-4 times a week is a good start

I have been doing the crossfit workouts and they have shredded my body big time (removed my body fat). They are pretty tough, but the results are quick!

Also to tone muscle, make sure you are getting plenty of protein to aid in recovery and building of new muscle tissue

I have been in you position before but I subscribed to a drug prescribed to me by a friend and it works perfectly well..
