Can you just do exercise to lose weight?
I go to school and i find it impossible to be healthy as everyone eats rubbish! However, i was wondering if i could just do exercise and lose weight? Instead of watching what i eat?
if you exercise and stay active alot.
you don’t have to necessarily eat all that healthy either. you just need to cut down on portion size. that will help you lose weight too.

Not really going to work. You need to eat healthy to loose weight. You are what you eat so if you eat crap you’ll probably look and feel like it too. You should try eating healthy because not only will you start to look better but you will feel 10 times better and once you get into eating healthier you will probably stick with it.

you could eat lard-coated deep-fried chocolate bars all day and still lose weight.
The key to losing weight is to burn more calories than you take in. This said, if you are eating junk and your calorie intake a day is close to 2500-3000 calories you will have to exercise TWICE to THREE TIMES as much as a normal person. If you feel like exercising 3-4 hours a day and eat junk as opposed to eating sensibly and exercising an hour a day, feel free, but it will suck
plus, eating the junk is bad for your health in general, could lead to heart disease and all sorts of other nasties.
but yes, to answer your question, its possible, just not probable.
good luck

I would try this workout. At the same time you will be gaining muscule and burning fat. So its awesome.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Two 5 pounds weights.
* means one 5 pound weight in each hand.
If you don’t have two 5 pound weights try using water bottles full of water.
Workout:
Stretch
*20 Bench Press x3
20 squats x3
*20 side arm lifts x3
20 crunches x3
20 push-ups x3
*20 lunges x3
20 leg lifts x3
Walk for 30 mins
Stretch
Stretching before your workout helps you not to pull a muscule during your workout.
Stretching after your workout helps you not be AS sore afterward.
I try to do this everyday, but I’m sure you would get results doing this only 2-4 days a week. I recomend everyday.
Eat 1500 calories a day and drink 8 glasses of water daily.
You will lose weight and tone up!
I’ve lost 6 pounds and I’ve only been doing it for a week!
You can do it! i know you can!
You will be sore. and it will hurt but you can do it.
Don’t be scared to add more excercises of more reps.
Hope this works for you!

The answer is – it depends. If you are consuming fewer calories than you burn, then yes you will lose weight. However, if you are not watching or tracking what you eat it would be very hard for you to know.
To effectively lose weight you want to eat better and exercise. If you want to calculate how many calories you need (with your added exercise) you can use the link below to a weight loss calculator.
