If you continuously think about negative things, it will depress you and you won’t be motivated enough to make the necessary effort to lose fat, and in effect, you won’t be able to get rid of your belly fat. 2. Try to walk as mush as you can: Stop sitting on your couch all the time. Remember that it was your couch that made you overweight.     pretty good workouts. I don’t recommend the last one. Mountain climbers aren’t really for abs. I switch that with Romanian twists.

    Your body fat level has to be 7-8% (for men) to see abdominal muscles. You can work your core all you want, but if you eat crappy processed food and to many calories you’ll never get there.
