1. Being positive always helps: It is imperative that you stay positive at all times, right from the time you join a weight loss program to the time you finish it off. Always smile and think positive – imagine how you will look like when you become slimmer. If you continuously think about negative things, it will depress you and you won’t be motivated enough to make the necessary effort to lose fat, and in effect, you won’t be able to get rid of your belly fat. When you set a weight loss goal, you will be able to reach it faster if you think positive.
2. Try to walk as mush as you can: Stop sitting on your couch all the time. Remember that it was your couch that made you overweight. pretty good workouts. I don’t recommend the last one. Mountain climbers aren’t really for abs. I switch that with Romanian twists.

Your body fat level has to be 7-8% (for men) to see abdominal muscles. You can work your core all you want, but if you eat crappy processed food and to many calories you’ll never get there.
