What’s a good exercise program to stay curvy but fit?

I am curvy and like it but also want to be fit. I know of many exercise programs but it seems like the goal of these programs is for you to be toned and ripped. I still want to be soft but healthier. Links, articles, recommendations anything is helpful but keep it positive. Thank you.

Windsor palates. It doesn’t make you ripped. And it wont make you toned if you do it twice a week.

Be proud of those curves

CURVES!! Its amazing and not just for really big girls either. Its a womens only facility and fairly cheap. It does NOT give you noticalbe muscles…just tones and shapes your body. You lose body fat. The machines they have are sooo easy to use there is 75 year old women workin out on them and its only a 30 min workout for 3 times a week. The machines are hydrolic is why its so easy.

PS I like my curves too…thats why I love this place sooo much. I hope you have one in your area to try. I think you can get a 2 week free trial.

Lots of gyms are doing pole dancing classes, helping you dance, and enjoy your body . Obv, it tones people up too.

Yoga and Pilates. Both the exercises firms up your body but maintain your curves. It’s easy on your joints and your body.
