I need help figuring out a good exercise program?

I have recently gained 20 pounds and I’m trying to go back to my normal weight. I’m a 16 year old girl, 135 pounds and 5"5.

If I:
-use an elliptical trainer for 45 minutes to an hour every day
-do the 8 minute abs video every other day
- and restrict my caloric intake to about 1500 calories/day

Will I eventually see results?
Any other suggestions for an effective exercise program?

    well look at your body and see what you hate and if u hate it than try to do exercises that work on that part of the body.
