how do u lose weight [fast] i have to lose weight before thursday.
What is the best way to exercise? [I do not do push-ups]
I cant use any of that slim drink stuff because i dont want people to know about it and there to much.
and when i mean weight i mean belly fat.

I’m twelve years old and i am trying to eat healthier and exercise more because i weigh close to 300 pounds! and i was just wondering, what are some good ways to exercise that will help me lose weight faster?
Sit Ups
Bicycling
Swimming
Walking
eat 6 small meals a day (every 2 – 3 hours)
eat less foods that contain high fat and sugar (but treat yourself once a week)
eat more food like chicken, Porridge oats, bran flakes, Egg whites, turkey, brown bread, Tuna, wholewheat pasta, salmon, brown rice, Dried fruit, Walnuts tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, beetroot, Baked potatoes, low fat cheese, peas, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, All white fish,
Oily fish (such as herring, mackerel, sardines, kippers), pilchards, or salmon , apples, bananas, oranges, peaches, pears, strawberry’s, carrot sticks, celery sticks, yogurts ect…
Drink: water, tea & coffee (with skimmed milk)

I have a cast because I tore both ligaments and have two fractures in my ankle. I want to lose weight. How can I still exercise?
Do upper body and ab work, things that don’t require your legs. Punches are good cardio if you are nursing a leg injury.

I think I eat pretty good, alot of dairy, meats, pastas. Though I want to lose weight but no change my diet, I dont exercise though , do you think if I start to exercise Ill lose weight without making any diet changes?
It depends on your body metabolism. Also the kind of exercise you will do. In order to loose weight (not changing your diet) you should do some cardiovascular exercise. Then you should see how your body responds. Maybe later on you should modify your diet. Go for it!

The Truth about Diet and Weight Loss
I want to talk tonight about weight loss. It’s a subject everyone is worried about. And the problem is that diets don’t work. Everybody has tried a diet. I haven’t met a person yet that’s hasn’t tried something, from kids to people in their eighties; everybody has tried some kind of diet and they just don’t work. In recent studies when they looked at a lot of their major diets (some good one’s, Atkins, The Zone), they put them all together statistically and found a ten pound weight loss on average. Now, these people lost a hundred pounds and gained it back of course. But, all that work, all that money, all those videos, for ten pounds of weight loss?
So the truth is, we have to find a life style that will allow you to stay at a weight that is healthy for you. That’s a much different way of thinking than all this crash dieting that goes on. What you have to learn is how to take care of yourself; you have to learn the appropriate foods; you have to make better choices. That’s the only way it’s going to work.

I am in desperate need to lose about 10 pounds in about 2 weeks. I can’t exercise or do anything on my feet though because I have something wrong with my foot & may need surgery. So, what can I do to loser some major pounds without any jogging/walking/running?
Honestly, if you just don’t eat much, you could probably lose all that weight. You’d basically have to starve yourself. But that’s unhealthy..I would do it though if you’re desperate though. It’s going to be hard.
It’s not possible to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks unless you starve yourself.

I’m currently in my first week of changing my eating habits and beginning exercising to lose weight and get in shape. What is some advice or tips that can help me stay focused and dedicated? Does anyone have some tips or secrets to fight cravings? Advice on exercise? What can help me so that I can stay dedicated? Any and all advice is welcome!
First of all, good for you! Not many people can dedicate themselves to changing their habits. Focus on what you want, set your goals, for example: I want to be this many pounds in this amount of days. My friend keeps her weight goal all around her house until she achieves it. For food cravings, try not to even keep them in the house in the first place. Make sure you eat lots of fruits, vegetables, and most importantly WATER! Many people have a problem getting to exercise with their busy schedules, I suggest swimming since it works every muscle in your body and if you have health issues, your okay. Plus you only need to swim for about half an hour a day! You could work out in a gym if you prefer. Focus on the result, keep reminding yourself to help you stick to it. Good luck!
