For everything, cardio, speed, power, balance, abs, footwork.
and a six pack
You’re going to have to find a boxing gym. Most boxers run several miles everyday. Leg raises work well for abs. I’d say don’t lift weights, at least not heavy weights. A boxing gym and a real boxing trainer is what you’re going to need if you really want to be a boxer, not just look like one. My only advice is that if they try to put you in the ring the first couple of weeks, that’s not a good boxing gym. They’d just be using you for another guy to practice on and that doesn’t help you. Take some time before getting in the ring.

I am looking for a good workout routine to start. I want to be very toned with some muscle definition. I would love a great 3-5day workout if anyone has any to share??? Thanks guys!
I am training right now to compete in a figure competiton. If you are looking to tone up and add some muscle, you have to lift heavy. Most women shy away from it in fear of getting too bulky or thy they lifting light weights and cardio will do it. You can lose weight by doing that. But lifting heavy you can completely transform your body quick. When I started out, i started light. Do a a whole body circuit for 3 days for week for the first month or 2. Then start breaking up body parts. Here’s a sample of my workout. Monday-shoulders Tuesday-Chest Wednesday-legs/glutes Thursday-back Friday- Arms
You have to break it up to really work each muscle group, and you have to give each muscle group time to recover. But honestly lifting heavy weights is the only way to go. I do a whole bodybuilding routine, and am not bulky. I cant believe how much it had transformed my body, within 2 months i saw amazing results.

For the past 3 months all I’ve been doing was dribble, and shoot. And I’ve gotten so much better but the problem is I get tired pretty fast, after 4 suicides im dieing. I ran the mile today in 9:03, not good enough for me. Im 15 5’8 1/2" 160 pounds. I just need it so that everytime I drive to the basket im not tired as hell after 1 drive.
You need to build on endurance. Instead of focusing to much on the dribbling and shooting, maybe set some time like 3 days a week and focus on running. Try running 3-4 miles a day at a slow pace and then work up. You can start at like 2 miles too. Just whatever feels comfortable and dont do all out sprints, just make your way around the track. Endurance much like strength training is something u wont get results from just after 1 day. You will need to really devote time and effot.
In the end you should be able to get that mile time down to under 8. And if you’re running like 3-4 consecutive miles, 9 mins per mile aint bad. You dont need to be freakin’ Usian Bolt, endurance doesnt count how fast you run but how long you last.

4 Tips To Lose Weight Successfully
This article is for you if you are someone who has tried every single weight loss formula out there but are still unable to shed off a single pound. You are the kind of person who needs some straightforward and doable advice that you would be able to implement right away! In this article I am going to do just that for you!
Obesity is becoming a growing menace, especially in the US. Even more menacing is the number of people who are losing money hand over fist by investing in fad diets and unsuitable weight loss programs. Below I will give you four weight loss tips that will help you lose weight no matter what your weight is!
1. Being positive always helps: It is imperative that you stay positive at all times, right from the time you join a weight loss program to the time you finish it off. Always smile and think positive – imagine how you will look like when you become slimmer. If you continuously think about negative things, it will depress you and you won’t be motivated enough to make the necessary effort to lose fat, and in effect, you won’t be able to get rid of your belly fat. When you set a weight loss goal, you will be able to reach it faster if you think positive.
2. Try to walk as mush as you can: Stop sitting on your couch all the time. Remember that it was your couch that made you overweight. Obviously, if you want to get skimmer, you need to leave the couch and take a walk. At the start, don’t try to walk for a long distance. Take short steps. If you use car at all times, substitute it with your legs. For example, if you use car to go to the marketplace, walk up to that place. Instead of taking the elevator, use the stairs. Such short activities are far better than total inactivity. Obviously, if you exercise instead of walking, you will burn even more fat.
3. Don’t skip your breakfast: Many people think that skipping breakfasts and meals is the surefire way to lose weight. It isn’t! Far from it, if you skip your breakfast, you will feel hungry later in the day and then you will start munching on unhealthy and calorie-rich foods. This way, you will end up gaining more weight than what you started with!
4. Invest in a weight loss program: You can do only so much yourself. If you join a weight loss program, you will gain a lot from the help and advice of professionals. If you haven’t joined any weight loss program yet I really urge you to invest in one. It is an investment that will bear fruit in proper time.

~She is four years old
~Weighs thirty pounds
~Sleeps out the day quite frequently
~Eats very often with large amounts at a time
~As of right now, we have her on an automatic feeder, so she eats when she wants
i HAve a dog and i will try to switch to wet food and get a laser light
Automatic feeder means dry food. Dry food is fattening. Switch to wet. Buy a laser light, that should entertain her for a while. Feathers on a stick, little balls, anything that will keep her busy but if you don’t stop the dry food, she most likely will not lose any weight…
