Will Chrysler A body headers fit a B body Chrysler? How do i get rid of the lean burn system on my chrysler?

WHat type of headers and exhaust system do you reccommend? What mufflers work best for performance, i was thinking of putting on glasspacks? I have some magnaflow mufflers at home that are for 99-04 cobras, should i put those on my mopar? If i take off the lean burn system will that help any? Any and all help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

I go back to school in 3 weeks to become a senior in high school.
I need to look good when i come back. I weight 136, i want to lose my
love handles, boobs, and arm fat.
can anyone help me make a exercise program and a specific diet
for my needs. I’ll appreciate it!

You may not be overweight depending on your height but I will answer regardless. I have two children and decided to start walking again to get my body back. I walk four brisk miles 5-6 times per week, have a small, healthy bfast and lunch and then a salmon fillet for dinner and a small spinach salad. I’ve done this religously for two months and have lost 14 pounds and am back in a size four. You’re younger than I am so maybe you’ll lose more, just do it the healthy way, its the only way it will stay off and you’ll feel better anyways.

Does anyone do Martial Arts as a way to exercise/lose weight?

Do you have a favorite Martial Art. I’m totally ignorant in this area.

Kickboxing drills are awesome for staying in shape. They are excellent for cardio. When I first started a kickboxing class it really took it out of me. I also lost weight.

I need something cute for school, but also within my budget. I’m willing to spend up to 30 dollars, but I need to to be really sturdy, to hold my heavy computer. I bought a fake leather bag from delias two weeks ago and its already tearing. So i need really good quality, but at a good price. suggestions?

How I Lose Weight + Food Tips

Here’s the low-down on what I’m doing to lose weight and how it works.

1. Figure out what your “maintain weight” calories are and eat 500 calories LESS than that number every day.

2. Exercise for at least 30 minutes, 5x/week.

3. Drink water! Divide your weight in half and drink that number in ounces of water every day.

(4. Make healthier choices as you go along and get better at doing steps 1-3.)

FROM THE VIDEO:

The salad is:
1 Bowl of Romaine Lettuce and Spinach
2 Tbsp Light Vinaigrette Dressing
1/2 Tomato, sliced
1/4 Cucumber, peeled and sliced
1/4 Cup Garlic Feta Cheese
= around 110-130 calories :D

YUM!

Green Tea (and similar Asian teas), English Breakfast Tea and Irish Breakfast Tea need no sweetener if you use 1 Tsp of lemon juice instead (0 calories).

Vanilla chai (and decaf vanilla chai), peppermint tea and bangal spice teas all also need no sweeteners or additives of any kind.
