i recently bought a plastic case for my ipod touch 1g and it now doesn’t fit into my ihome. how could this be resolved without taking off the case every time it needs charged? also does any1 know how to get a case off an ipod touch quickly, cuz the one i have is ridiculously hard to remove. thank you
If there’s an insert in the iHome where the iPod sits, remove that insert (it should just pop out) to give you more room for the iPod with the case.

I am in desperate need to lose about 10 pounds in about 2 weeks. I can’t exercise or do anything on my feet though because I have something wrong with my foot & may need surgery. So, what can I do to loser some major pounds without any jogging/walking/running?
Honestly, if you just don’t eat much, you could probably lose all that weight. You’d basically have to starve yourself. But that’s unhealthy..I would do it though if you’re desperate though. It’s going to be hard.
It’s not possible to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks unless you starve yourself.

me and my friend have the same age pitbulls mine is a blue,his is a rednose. but they are completly different personalitys and bodytype.my blue is a little taller and heavier but alot slower ,clumsier, with less defined muscles. while his red is more agile and muscular. but the blue was half the size of the red at 2 mths…. odd.. what can i do to energize him and get him more fit????
Though the color of the dogs,nose and/or coat do not denote different breeds or types by themselves,the color of your dog plus.The other clues about size and attitude give me some ideas.
The difference is that your dog is likely an American Bully and your friends dog is an American Pit Bull Terrier.Your dog is bred to be a laid back companion animal,while your friends is a high energy working dog…of course,only if my assumptions are right.

I started doing this a month ago and ended up quitting the gym because it was so effective at toning, weight loss, just making my body look way better. http://www.ehow.com/how_5284130_do-shred-lose-weight-inches.html. It only takes 30 min. a day too! I love Jillian.

I want an exercise program I can go out and buy for stomach love handles and thighs. I want to lose a little but mostly just tighten. I have a wedding to go to July 10th and want to look good. I stay home all day so I have plenty of time to do it. Any suggestions would be great, THANKS!
