Do i have to diet whislt exercising to lose weight?

The title says it all really, do i have to change my eating ways to lose some weight/tone up if im exercising atleast 2 days week at a gym?

I know i asked this before but it got put in the wrong catigory :S

No, you don’t. Depending on how much you exercise, your basal metabolic rate will most likely go up, and if you continue to eat exactly the same as you did prior, you will lose weight.

If i trade in a wii console, Ps2 console, PSP, and wii fit and balance board into gamestop how much can i get?

Ok I want to loose some body fat. I don’t have much time. I already swim for an hour each week and most weeks I run about 2kms. Preferably I would like to loose fat off my stomach. Can anyone suggest some good exercises that I could do quickly.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to target specific areas to lose weight in. Your body adds and loses fat based on a genetic predisposition, and for many people it is the stomach/waist area. If you want to lose fat there are two ways: doing cardio and eating less (preferably with healthier foods such as veggies and fruits and lean meats like fish and chicken). Doing crunches will help strengthen your abs and make them appear slightly more visible underneath stomach fat, but the fat will still remain.

There isn’t a quick way, but maybe you could run more weekly and cut out bad foods here and there. It isn’t advisable to drastically increase your exercise or cut a lot of meals (or any). Just replace bad fastfood with a chicken salad or a candy bar with a fruit. In time you’ll begin to feel healthier and appear leaner.

Will a 1st generation ipod touch fit a 2nd or 3rd generation ipod touch case?

I have an ipod touch, 1st generation. I want to get a case for it but all the cases are 2nd and 3rd generation. If I buy the 2nd or 3rd generation cases will it fit? Or are they both different sizes than the 1st generation?

The second and third generations are not only thinner but the openings are in different places, which means even the silicone case isn’t going be a very good choice. There are lots of previous generation cases on clearance in stores such as Best Buy and there are still some around online.
