She is a pomeranian/yorkie mix and she is 5 months old and she looks chunky and she is just a puppy and she doesn’t need to start out her life like a little bloated puppy having weight problems for the rest of her life so please tell me how she can loose some weight? What are some things that she /we can do to help her lose weight and get her figure back lol!
Thanks!
You just need to walk her. She is likely to be chubby as a puppy and not be fully developed until one yr old for a small dog 2 for big dogs
Here are a few links that will guide you through teaching even the most difficult puppy to walk nicely.

I hane nothing against it, I’m just wondering how they legally are allowed to do it??? Any serious answers
Hooters is one of many companies who do this sort of thing. Sports cheerleader hirings are similar.
Hooters qualifications require
1) A warm agreeable personality
2) They rate them on pleasantness of attitude
3) Knowledge of dealing with customers
4) Fit attractive appearance.
Hooter girls are not required to be genetically pretty, just at least average or below standard weight for height I believe it is. Then they secretly work it in a way where they have a bias against non-pretty applicants and it’s hard to prove it’s deliberate.

I bought it 4 weeks ago and I havn’t tried it yet. The thing is I’m just a bit skeptical about this. Have you tried this program? What do you think?
I tried it and I found it to be great…if my goal was wasting money. The music is cheesy, the workouts are repetitive and it was just SO boring. Walking or running is way cheaper and the scenery is better if you’re outside. If not, you can always watch tv while you do it lol. Your skepticism is right, go with your gut instinct.

I do need to lose some weight, (about 10 lbs) but I really need to tone my muscles overall. I think I can manage the weight loss, but I really need some direction on how to proceed with an exercise plan. I’ve seen several video programs available, namely Slim in 6, bit I’d rather invest in workout equipment, such as balls, elastic tubes, etc. instead of videos. I just need to know what to buy and how to use them. I would really like some specific suggestions, and some good web links would be great!
Also, we already have a set of free weights and a treadmill that my husband uses. But I don’t want to build bulk!
Here is a workout that you can do with a pair of dumbells and an exercise ball.

Also, even most men have a hard time become overly muscular and they have much more testosterone (the body’s steroid) than an average woman will ever have. In other words, you do not need to worry.

I set goals for myself (like walk 30 min./day), I’ll do it for a couple days, then it feels like a chore and I quit. I never follow through with what I plan to do to get healthier. How do you get and stay motivated to follow through on a weight loss plan/exercise plan?
Buy yourself a great outfit one size too small. Then, every morning (or night) when you get ready to take a shower, look at yourself in a full-lenght mirror (with no clothes on). I know it sounds crazy….but that’s how I became more aware of how I looked…..and how I wanted to look. The previous user is right….don’t set goals that are too high. Start with one size. Also, once you form the habit (after about 30 days) of walking or exercising, you will feel yucky when you don’t do it. IT gives you that time alone to think, enjoy the scenery around you…that in itself will motivate you once you are in the habit, you won’t want to miss it.
Good Luck. P.S. Don’t do the same thing every day…mix it up a little so you don’t get in a rut.

ive bought a 03 plate vauxhall combo but the wheels on there are 15 inch alloys and they dont fit on the hub properly and they rub the arches so if i get 14 inch will that stop the rubbing on the arches? and will any vauxhall wheels fit or have i got to specifically look for combo wheels? i dont mind whether there steel or alloys, just want my van to drive without problems.
Whatever you do, do it quickly – your car is illegal at the moment.
Your best bet is a scrappie.

hi i want to try and lose some weight i do have a bit of a stomache and woundered if any one new of any exersises i could do to help flatten my stomache?
im not lazy as i eat well (cud cut out a bit of the chocolate!) i got trampolinging for three hours a week and horse riding for 1 hour a week! could some one plz help me!!
You can’t flatten a tummy with exercise, but you can firm the muscles underneath. Bicycyle excercises (where you lay down and alternate elbows to knees) are great as is Pilates. In the meantime, you will have to exercise to reduce fat all over. Move at least 20-30 min w/o stopping three times a week minimum. Cut out salt and alcohol and have small meals throughout the day. Small portions will shrink your tummy faster, Stay away from carbonated beverages and foods that give you gas, they protrude the stomach.

I started exercise program June 1st & noticed slight weight gain. Could this be muscle mass?
NO, The most important thing is that what exercise program you are following? and for what reason? How much weight have you gain? whats your age? whats your height? Generally in 7 days of a vigorous exercise program you can gain a slight muscle mass but not the weight which bothers you.
